After a rather tough play, Cerrito's Romulo Cordeal got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roddie Bartholomew got free with Nicasio Liher in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 minutes, Modesto Orlin made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Wolfhard A.C.'s Ambrosio Gamus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Modesto Orlin in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ambrosio Gamus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Renato Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Wolfhard A.C.'s Carolo Rolado got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Mauricio Santo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Cerrito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Santo couldn't finish the play. After 25 minutes of play, Cerrito's Modesto Orlin made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ambrosio Gamus was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the game, Feliberto Joachim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nicasio Liher. Feliberto Joachim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Ambrosio Gamus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Santo in the 34th minute of the match. Nicasio Liher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roddie Bartholomew in the 36th minute. Nicasio Liher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliberto Joachim in the 37th minute. Mauricio Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cerrito's zone, Feliberto Joachim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Liher came out of the goal and Feliberto Joachim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pablo Cordearo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Nicasio Liher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Modesto Orlin to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Modesto Orlin got free with Ambrosio Gamus in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the match, Cerrito's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Gaúcho came free, but Nicasio Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wolfhard A.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pascual Gilabert in the 57th minute. Feliberto Joachim was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Mauricio Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauricio Santo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Gamus having to interfere. Ambrosio Gamus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Orlin in the 62nd minute of play. When Lucas Monte fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerrito's protests and gave Lucas Monte a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Lucas Monte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Cerrito getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Saul Errolan hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Cerrito's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Gaúcho came free, but Nicasio Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wolfhard A.C. were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Cerrito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pascual Gilabert took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Carolo Rolado heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 71 minutes into the match, Cerrito's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Joachim came free, but Nicasio Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Joachim, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Cerrito booed when Wolfhard A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Leizarraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modesto Orlin in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ambrosio Gamus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ambrosio Gamus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Santo in the 87th minute of play. A collision led to Cerrito getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Saul Errolan hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cerrito had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
