Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ignacio Chucho made the kick off and thus started the match. Ulises Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Nicasio Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Modestio in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Sportivo Villa del Parque getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Evaristo Uxio hit a great ball. Mauricio Santo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Demetrio Napoleone came out and tried to block the shot, but Mauricio Santo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. After 12 played minutes Cerrito got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Kelemen. Modesto Orlin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Ugaitz in the 17th minute of play forced Cerrito's goalkeeper Nicasio Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Ignacio Chucho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Villa del Parque's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Chucho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Modesto Orlin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Demetrio Napoleone. That made the score 3-0 in the 22 minute of play. If Modesto Orlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, Cerrito's Mauricio Santo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demetrio Napoleone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 38th play minutes Ignacio Chucho shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Nicasio Liher and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacio Chucho in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicasio Liher saved Cerrito from getting behind. Nicasio Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Chucho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modesto Orlin was the one to do the kick off. Nicasio Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Chucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rdth minute of the game Ignacio Chucho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerrito's Nicasio Liher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Ignacio Chucho sped through Cerrito's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicasio Liher. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Chucho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicasio Liher was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Nicasio Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Ugaitz in the 61st minute of play. Eulalio Azeari made a great header on Sportivo Villa del Parque's corner, it was just that Cerrito's Nicasio Liher managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 64th minute Teodosio Ugaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Chucho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Liher having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Chucho in the 68th minute of play forced Cerrito's goalkeeper Nicasio Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Sportivo Villa del Parque got a corner. Cerrito's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eulalio Azeari ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Eulalio Azeari got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicasio Liher quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Mauricio Santo came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Cerrito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Santo couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute of the match, Ignacio Chucho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicasio Liher saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sportivo Villa del Parque's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eulalio Azeari in the 84th minute. A nice corner shot did that Eulalio Azeari got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicasio Liher quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 86th minute, Cerrito's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jairo Modestio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ignacio Chuchos short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Nicasio Liher to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cerrito's Nicasio Liher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Cerrito from getting a goal against them. The Cerrito players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
