When the match had gone on for 2 minutes, Cazimir Adomniței took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Petre Tufescu to make any attempt to save it. 5 minutes into the match, Cazimir Adomniței notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ASU POLI TIMISOARA's Petre Tufescu. Petre Tufescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to ASU POLI TIMISOARA getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. In the 16th minute, Cazimir Adomniței left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minerul Baia Mare fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cazimir Adomniței got free with Petre Tufescu in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Cazimir Adomniței managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minerul Baia Mare's supporters rose to their feet, but Cazimir Adomniței was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petre Tufescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petre Tufescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cazimir Adomniței went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Petre Tufescu was a little too slow when Cazimir Adomniței got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 6-0. In the 33rd minute, Eliodor Puiu made a precise shot to the right of Petre Tufescu. ASU POLI TIMISOARA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Toader Oniga scored 8-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petre Tufescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Petre Tufescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cazimir Adomniței in the 42nd minute. Minerul Baia Mare's Cazimir Adomniței was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 43rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Petre Tufescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Andrés Silvera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petre Tufescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. If Cazimir Adomniței had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Cazimir Adomniței's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petre Tufescu was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Petre Tufescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrés Silvera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Toader Oniga notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of ASU POLI TIMISOARA's Petre Tufescu. Petre Tufescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. In the 77th minute, Andrés Silvera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minerul Baia Mare fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Cazimir Adomniței put it in 16-0 from a short distance just to the right of Petre Tufescu. Andrés Silvera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Tufescu having to interfere. Octav Tănăsocă hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Petre Tufescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 18-0. Cazimir Adomniței struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Petre Tufescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minerul Baia Mare. Toader Oniga struck a weak shot in the 98th minute.
