Hi everyone ! Today we are having a short talk with the team that got promoted for the Premier League from div1.3 (Badia DevilZ). Pretor here won the division pretty easily, we will see what's his goal in the top league, as we all know the level is way different between div1 and PL. Enjoy the reading !

Lukaszsz182: Hello Pretor, can you tell us a little about yourself???

Pretor: Well my name is Cristian, I am 34 years old and i'm from Barcelona "Spain", i was living in Dublin on 2017 due my work. During my estance in Dublin i returned to play managerzone, my first team was created in 2003, named La Sardana and it evolved to Badia DevilZ in memory of my cousing team "ReD DevilZ" and my born city "Badia", reach the division 1.1 and Spanish RA publising some articles to The Zone Spain, but those are old days... now i have not much time to invest here.

Lukaszsz182: Congratulations for getting the promotion for the Premier League, what will be your goal for the next season in the top division?

Pretor: Thank you very much, it will be the third year promoting and i'm so happy. First time was a disaster not much points, many matches lost, etc... Second time i got more points but that wasn't enough, so the target this time is try to keep on division.

Lukaszsz182: If you could compare the level in Division 1 and Premier League, what would you say?

Pretor: There is much difference bettween the divisions, on div 1.X, there are many "bots" or abbandoned teams, so it's hard to know your real team "level" only playing league matches. If you study the Premier classifications, i'ts common that the new teams promoted be on the bottom of clasification.

Lukaszsz182: If there was something you could change in the game what it would be???

Pretor: Obviously many things! some examples:

1.- Transfer market... some countrys have many problems to buy and sell players, Ireland is a sample of this. You can buy players with great stats by 1€, the same player on Chinese market have a higher value... So the players value is not real regulated...

2.- Another change is the management of partners "shirts" and stadium, it doesn't changed since many years... the can include more options and customizations like more partners, TV offers, stadium partners...

3.- Maybe they can include also women's teams, like Sub18 teams, and so on. This is raising every day and can be interesting to get more players.

4.- Trainers system could be improved also is really basic.

5.- Other thing that can be really nice is include new professional to hire, like operators to maintain the stadium, doctors in order to recovery your players, etc.

6.- Last, maybe seeing the status of many leagues in managerzone "countrys" and the number of active managers that those leagues have, maybe we need to go to more globalized league model, grouping teams by regions or something like that.

Lukaszsz182: How would you rate your current team? and what's your favourite tactic to play?

Pretor:  About how i rate my team... I think that i have a better team that the last season on premier division, being the worst, my keeper i think... but all the trys to get a better keeper failed... Moreover, I am renewing some positions due a generation change, in fact my best player is going to retire nexts days... and would be hard replace him... :(.

About the tactics to be honest i'm not spending much time studyng tactics. Now i'm playing a 3-5-2, i didn't like that but it was the tactic with best results, for this season i want to change this topic and invest some additional time to get better results due to the tactics. Anyway, all you know that the tactics are usually selected by the simulator... In other times i played 4-3-3, best tactic for me.

Lukaszsz182: What do you think about MZ level/competetivenes in Ireland? Is it improving? Or is it worsening?

Pretor: In my opinion, seems improving, this season in div1.3 i saw less teams without managers or abbandoned, this makes division more fun and interesting.
