We are reaching the end of the season, and soon the new election will start, I wonder how many candidates Ireland will have?

Can't wait for the new elections as it always brings the great emotions and I can imagine the stress of each candidate who wants to become the National Coach.

It's a great role, I was a NCA few times and it's a great feeling to be a part of the staff, but being the NC it's completely different. You make decissions for your coutry, it includes a lot of pressure, everyone is counting on you and the national head coach always wants to achieve the success and must make right choices. 

We will see how many candidates we will have and who will be the NC? Maybe the current coach will want to stay? Maybe some of the old staff will decide to come back? Or maybe someone completely new?
