Spectators: 8000 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 160) Celso Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Remos in the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mauricio Gonzo hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Celedonio Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Amato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Hartz having to interfere. Zé Paulo Hermes had several of the Rahuecó's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Herminio Eguen as he didn't even see the shot coming. When FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Zé Paulo Hermes in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rahuecó's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giorgos Remos was the one to do the kick off. Ladislao Seme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's zone, Giorgos Remos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Hartz came out of the goal and Giorgos Remos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celso Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 史国伟 in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Ladislao Seme made a precise shot to the right of Celso Hartz. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 68 minutes into the match, Zé Paulo Hermes notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Rahuecó's Herminio Eguen. Herminio Eguen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 71st play minutes Zé Paulo Hermes shot 6-1, a short shot which went by Herminio Eguen and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Gaston Benino got a free kick in the 74th minute. Victor Rodriguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Ladislao Seme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Rahuecó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Lucero to maneuver through the defense. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Zé Paulo Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Paulo Hermes in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herminio Eguen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaston Benino hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's goalkeeper Celso Hartz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giorgos Remos. 93 minutes into the match, Zé Paulo Hermes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herminio Eguen. Rahuecó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zé Paulo Hermes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. In the 96th minute, Maximiliano Shepherd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
