In the 7th minute, Válter Capixaba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nelson da Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Okanay Elmas took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelson da Silveira. Nelson da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 14 minutes into the match, Social Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Maciel came free, but Nelson da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nelson da Silveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asep Darusman went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the match, Social Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Asep Darusman came free, but Nelson da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes in the game, Asep Darusman dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Nelson da Silveira came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Esporte Clube do Porto's Válter Capixaba. But to his dismay, Válter Capixaba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 28th minute Okanay Elmas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Fernando Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Asep Darusman spun around in front of the goal 30 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Social Futebol Clube's goal. Social Futebol Clube's Nelson da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ailton Lira in the 32nd minute of play. Ismael Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Asep Darusman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nelson da Silveira was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Kale Kaledin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Cavalcante in the 37th minute of play. Asep Darusman scored 0-5 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson da Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basílio Paraibano made a kick off. Nelson da Silveira made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Asep Darusman sent off a good shot on target. Victor Maciel took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelson da Silveira. Nelson da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Asep Darusman in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelson da Silveira saved Social Futebol Clube from getting behind. After some careless play in the Social Futebol Clube defense, Victor Maciel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson da Silveira. The Social Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson da Silveira should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Okanay Elmas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nelson da Silveira. Social Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Okanay Elmas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. After 74 played minutes Social Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Sena. Albino Gora was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 79 minutes of play, Esporte Clube do Porto's Asep Darusman made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson da Silveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the game, Esporte Clube do Porto's Victor Maciel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson da Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. Okanay Elmas scored 0-14 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson da Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd play minute Okanay Elmas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nelson da Silveira. 0-15. Asep Darusman might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson da Silveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Asep Darusman ran back to his position shaking his head. Nelson da Silveira was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Victor Maciel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victor Maciel really showed his touch with that goal: 0-16. Esporte Clube do Porto's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
