Ferroviaria de Araraquara's Luisinho Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ailton Lira in the 15th minute of play. When Oséas Teles fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferroviaria de Araraquara's protests and gave Oséas Teles a yellow card for diving instead. Luisinho Lima was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Okanay Elmas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 44 minute of play. Okanay Elmas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Luisinho Lima made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ailton Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Luisinho Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisinho Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asep Darusman, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Vladimir do Valles short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Kale Kaledin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Esporte Clube do Porto getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Victor Maciel hit a great ball. Válter Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Luisinho Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Okanay Elmas in the 96th minute of play. Esporte Clube do Porto were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
