With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kale Kaledin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Valerón in the 9th minute of play forced Esporte Clube do Porto's goalkeeper Kale Kaledin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kale Kaledin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Valerón, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Birk Bodin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asep Darusman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kale Kaledin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cherry Evans in the 15th minute of play. Okanay Elmas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Birk Bodin came out and tried to block the shot, but Okanay Elmas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. When Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Cherry Evans in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Esporte Clube do Porto's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aldo Bauzá ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Pacho Raya getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albino Gora was slow to take the kick. During this time Esporte Clube do Porto's players had a chance to rest. Cherry Evans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Kale Kaledin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Okanay Elmas hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Kale Kaledin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cherry Evans's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute Weiß-Rot Frankfurt were awarded a corner. Aldo Bauzá went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Olaf Krumbein getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 40thth minute of the game Cherry Evans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esporte Clube do Porto's Kale Kaledin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Esporte Clube do Porto getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Okanay Elmas hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Cherry Evans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kale Kaledin narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

In the 53rd minute, Asep Darusman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esporte Clube do Porto's goalkeeper Kale Kaledin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Kale Kaledin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cherry Evans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Cherry Evans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kale Kaledin was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The Weiß-Rot Frankfurt fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Cherry Evans looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kale Kaledin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cherry Evans in the 80th minute of play. Kale Kaledin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cherry Evans's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Ignacio Valerón could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Kale Kaledin made a huge save. The corner led to Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Cherry Evans getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Kale Kaledin made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Cherry Evans sent off a good shot on target. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt made a substitution. Ursus Losert replaced Lukasz Wielopolski. After a rather tough play, Esporte Clube do Porto's Albino Gora got a free kick in the 90th minute. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Aldo Bauzá shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 91st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kale Kaledin but with some difficulty. Kale Kaledin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cherry Evans went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The Esporte Clube do Porto fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
