After 5 minutes La Cosa Nostra's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Severo Barea who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Severo Barea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joel Delfino quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alvaro Valente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hans Otterlei in the 11th minute. A collision led to Dolar Blue Ψ getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Valdemar Holm hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Aitor Branca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Delfino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Cosa Nostra were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Dolar Blue Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arnaldo Perpinya took the corner. After taking down the ball on La Cosa Nostra's corner Arnaldo Perpinya fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alvaro Valente quite easily take care of the ball. Alvaro Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Boniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dolar Blue Ψ's Aitor Branca in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Cosa Nostra's goalie prevented a goal. 23 minutes into the match, La Cosa Nostra's Hans Otterlei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvaro Valente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in La Cosa Nostra fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Hans Otterlei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Valente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans Otterlei stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Gattoni kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Joel Delfino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aitor Branca, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute of the game Joel Suarez made a throw-in which Hans Otterlei played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Idacio got free with Joel Delfino in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aitor Branca in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Delfino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Otterlei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Lewis Tearle put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dolar Blue Ψ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! 69 minutes into the game, one of Dolar Blue Ψ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for La Cosa Nostra. Hans Otterlei stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alvaro Valente. 1-2. La Cosa Nostra's Marciano Bizen was substituted for Hans Otterlei. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliciano Mercurio got free with Joel Delfino in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tytus Lepper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Delfino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Chano in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnulfo Chano got free with Joel Delfino in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bartolo Nesor hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Arnulfo Chano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Delfino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Joel Delfino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Mercurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Dolar Blue Ψ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
