In the 14th minute Samuel Fero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Milei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Belasko to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Dolar Blue Ψ's Sergio Palben seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sergio Palben the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dolar Blue Ψ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sergio Palben had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dolar Blue Ψ! The referee gave Olimpo de Bahia Blanca a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tiburcio Belasko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dolar Blue Ψ's Vladimiro Rolado. 0-1. If Orlando Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Dolar Blue Ψ defense, Gustavo Raymond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vladimiro Rolado. The Dolar Blue Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladimiro Rolado should have stopped the shot. Vladimiro Rolado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Llorenc in the 34th minute of play. Vladimiro Rolado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Llorenc, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Gustavo Raymond made the kick off in the second half. The long shot by Edgardo Txurio in the 52nd minute really tested Vladimiro Rolado's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With an all-out effort, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Vladimiro Rolado threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Angel Omero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tiburcio Belasko kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Gustavo Raymond notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Dolar Blue Ψ's Vladimiro Rolado. Vladimiro Rolado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute of the match, Gustavo Raymond tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vladimiro Rolado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Narciso Columbo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Gustavo Raymond slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vladimiro Rolado. That made the score 0-4 after 73 minutes of play. Vladimiro Rolado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomiro Llorenc in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Llorenc got free with Vladimiro Rolado in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vladimiro Rolado was a little too slow when Gustavo Raymond got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-5. When the final whistle sounded Olimpo de Bahia Blanca left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dolar Blue Ψ.
