Sulien Ginger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sulien Ginger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Avagdu Head showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceri Jackson in the 18th minute of the match. Dewey Dell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Avagdu Head tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Wrexham Utd's zone, Dewey Dell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avagdu Head came out of the goal and Dewey Dell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Wrexham Utd defense, Dewey Dell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avagdu Head. The Wrexham Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avagdu Head should have stopped the shot. Wrexham Utd's Avagdu Head played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceri Jackson in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, UWA Bridgend's Dewey Dell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Avagdu Head narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Avagdu Head showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceri Jackson in the 42nd minute of the match. Dewey Dell might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Avagdu Head. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dewey Dell ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wrexham Utd's goalkeeper Avagdu Head, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half UWA Bridgend were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Wrexham Utd's Sulien Ginger in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Bridgend's goalie prevented a goal. When Ysgawyn Boggs fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wrexham Utd's protests and gave Ysgawyn Boggs a yellow card for diving instead. Ysgawyn Boggs hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Gobrwy Love shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Avagdu Head showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gwallter Dale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amhar Flood, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, Amhar Flood notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of UWA Bridgend's Gwallter Dale. Gwallter Dale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wrexham Utd's Amhar Flood got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dewey Dell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Avagdu Head made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Ceri Jackson sent off a good shot on target. Amhar Flood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gwallter Dale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the UWA Bridgend players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wrexham Utd.
