Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dewey Dell started the match with the kick off. Gwallter Dale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amhar Gill, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. UWA Bridgend's Gwallter Dale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wren Haugh in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Amhar Gill was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Bridgend's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Bridgend the free kick. Amhar Gill kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Iolo Ingram's late challenge caught a UWA Bridgend's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iolo Ingram helped the player get up and apologised. Amerawdwr Galbraith placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Gwallter Dale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wren Haugh in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, UWA Bridgend's Amhar Gill made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gwallter Dale was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Llwyd Glennon got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Amhar Gill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amhar Gill in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gwallter Dale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Wren Haugh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lavaine Budge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dewey Dell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes of play, UWA Bridgend's Andreas Latham made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gwallter Dale was left in no man's land by his defense there! The UWA Bridgend players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UWA Bridgend were winning 0-2.

In the 54th minute, Ceri Jackson made a precise shot to the right of Lavaine Budge. UWA Bridgend's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Amhar Gill recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With 62 minutes on the clock, Gobrwy Love commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 61st minute, one of UWA Bridgend:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UWA Bridgend. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, UWA Bridgend's Elphin Loane got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gwallter Dale. Wren Haugh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gwallter Dale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Elphin Loane hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Trefor Forbes got a free kick in the 70th minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Wren Haugh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Bridgend's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wren Haugh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gwallter Dale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wren Haugh in the 74th minute. Wren Haugh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute, UWA Bridgend's Amhar Gill dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Amerawdwr Galbraith got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Elphin Loane shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gwallter Dale showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amhar Gill might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gwallter Dale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amhar Gill ran back to his position shaking his head. Gwallter Dale was a little too slow when Amhar Gill got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-5. If Amhar Gill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Andreas Latham got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute, Ceri Jackson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The UWA Bridgend players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
