Kåre Klovborg kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When Mickey Ahmed came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the YNWA classic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mickey Ahmed couldn't finish the play. Åge Hasle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattæus Jydemand having to interfere. Mattæus Jydemand came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by YNWA classic's Nicko Kappelskov. But to his dismay, Nicko Kappelskov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ditlev Dønkjær sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the game, YNWA classic's Ditlev Dønkjær nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mattæus Jydemand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, Svaneke IF's goalkeeper Mattæus Jydemand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ditlev Dønkjær. In the 31st minute, Ditlev Dønkjær got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ditlev Dønkjær fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattæus Jydemand having to interfere. YNWA classic's Ditlev Dønkjær got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mattæus Jydemand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mickey Ahmed went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Åge Hasle came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the YNWA classic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Åge Hasle couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Fredrik Nørlem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valter Aablad was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicko Kappelskov got free with Mattæus Jydemand in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicko Kappelskov to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Nicko Kappelskov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Svaneke IF's Mattæus Jydemand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 57 played minutes YNWA classic got a freekick which was hit by Mickey Ahmed. After a rather tough play, Svaneke IF's Charley Felletoft got a free kick in the 59th minute. Asmind Mather took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mattæus Jydemand. Svaneke IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 61st minute Fredrik Nørlem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valter Aablad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mattæus Jydemand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicko Kappelskov's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Svaneke IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Asmind Mather was slow to take the kick. During this time YNWA classic's players had a chance to rest. 65 minutes into the game, Fredrik Nørlem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svaneke IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YNWA classic the free kick. After 68 minutes Svaneke IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Asmind Mather who took care of the corner kick. YNWA classic's Valter Aablad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save YNWA classic from getting a goal against them. If Mickey Ahmed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valter Aablad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fredrik Nørlem's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Ditlev Dønkjær managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YNWA classic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ditlev Dønkjær was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ditlev Dønkjær in the 94th minute of play forced Svaneke IF's goalkeeper Mattæus Jydemand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Nicko Kappelskov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattæus Jydemand was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Svaneke IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
