In the 3rd minute Olav Granø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattæus Jydemand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svaneke IF's Mattæus Jydemand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laust Kisling in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Svaneke IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kåre Konoy to maneuver through the defense. Viggo Herngaard, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mattæus Jydemand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laust Kisling in the 12th minute of play. Laust Kisling took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattæus Jydemand. Mattæus Jydemand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Laust Kisling took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattæus Jydemand. After 27 minutes of play, Pheonix FC's Balder Egtman made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mattæus Jydemand was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Laust Kisling in the 32nd minute of play forced Svaneke IF's goalkeeper Mattæus Jydemand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Salomon Helmert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salomon Helmert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Jonas Læksand made a huge save. In the 38th match minute, Svaneke IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Nørlem to maneuver through the defense. Mattæus Jydemand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laust Kisling, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute Olav Granø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattæus Jydemand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balder Egtman's late challenge caught a Svaneke IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Balder Egtman helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pheonix FC's Balder Egtman got a free kick in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Laust Kisling made the kick off in the second half. Mattæus Jydemand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olav Granø in the 55th minute. Mattæus Jydemand made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Olav Granø sent off a good shot on target. When Salomon Helmert fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Svaneke IF's protests and gave Salomon Helmert a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pheonix FC booed when Svaneke IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salomon Helmert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Laust Kisling dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mattæus Jydemand, 0-4. After 65 minutes of play, Pheonix FC's Balder Egtman made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mattæus Jydemand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Folmar Ebdahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pheonix FC's Balder Egtman got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mattæus Jydemand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laust Kisling, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute Salomon Helmert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Læksand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olav Granø scored 0-6 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mattæus Jydemand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th match minute, Svaneke IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomon Helmert to maneuver through the defense. Svaneke IF's Mattæus Jydemand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Svaneke IF from getting a goal against them. Pheonix FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Svaneke IF's much stronger midfield.
