Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ulf Werlich took the kick off in the first half of the match. Efraim Jennen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Rutger Renz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 played minutes Spall FSV got a freekick which was hit by Peter-Stefan Grefen. In the 14th minute Efraim Jennen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutger Renz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulf Werlich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Balko Oberländer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Holzmanns booed when Spall FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Tiedemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rutger Renz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo Germann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Efraim Jennen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rutger Renz. Spall FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Efraim Jennen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 30 minutes into the match, Spall FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Germann came free, but Rutger Renz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spall FSV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leon Knott was slow to take the kick. During this time Holzmanns's players had a chance to rest. Ulf Werlich struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Balko Oberländer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spall FSV. A collision led to Spall FSV getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Peter-Stefan Grefen hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Theo Germann to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Peter-Stefan Grefen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Balko Oberländer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Franz Steele kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Maiko Gruber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spall FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo Germann in the 62nd minute of play forced Spall FSV's goalkeeper Rutger Renz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Theo Germann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutger Renz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Spall FSV got a freekick which was hit by David Tiedemann. Ulf Werlich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balko Oberländer having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Holzmanns got a freekick which was hit by Franz Steele. Gordon Kühn succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to get real power on a long shot . Holzmanns's Balko Oberländer hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-1! 86 minutes into the match, Spall FSV's Maiko Gruber sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Balko Oberländer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Holzmanns's Franz Steele got a free kick in the 86th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ulf Werlich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spall FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulf Werlich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balko Oberländer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Werlich in the 92nd minute of play forced Holzmanns's goalkeeper Balko Oberländer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94thth minute of the game Ulf Werlich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holzmanns's Balko Oberländer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There was no doubt that Spall FSV were the better team. Spall FSV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
