The throw-in from Mário Fernandes in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mamutes EC's 狄凡冰. Magno Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perivaldo Guimarães in the 16th minute of the match. MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save MarquinhosEC from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Panno came free, but Zézinho Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Panno in the 28th minute of play forced MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zézinho Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MarquinhosEC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Dave Panno scored to the left of an out of position Zézinho Simões, making the score, 3-0. Dave Panno struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Zézinho Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mamutes EC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dave Panno in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zézinho Simões saved MarquinhosEC from getting behind. In the 46th minute, one of MarquinhosEC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MarquinhosEC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

59 minutes into the game, Esteve Quinto threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mamutes EC's 武岩然 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Zézinho Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Panno in the 63rd minute of the match. Magno Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Florin Susara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Magno Correia made a huge save. Perivaldo Guimarães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magno Correia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Dave Panno struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Zézinho Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mamutes EC. MarquinhosEC's Alessandro do Valle was substituted for Evaristo Fernandez. MarquinhosEC made a substitution. Barrie Deacon replaced Perivaldo Guimarães. MarquinhosEC made a substitution. With a little luck, Mamutes EC's Magno Correia got control of the ball when Michael Meertens tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Dito das Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zézinho Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Panno in the 87th minute of play. The MarquinhosEC fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when MarquinhosEC's Alessandro do Valle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice moves Curt Montes could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Magno Correia however easily saved by the left post. 97 minutes into the match, Mamutes EC's goal looked a bit too open when Barrie Deacon came free, but Magno Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Barrie Deacon lined in a short shot 5-2 behind a frustrated Magno Correia. Mamutes EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of MarquinhosEC for a fine match.
