Jacare's Hélio Neto managed to work through YEAH RIGHT FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Hélio Neto dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexsandro de Salles made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Dracena in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdo Perez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexsandro de Salles during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nestor Orol was a little too slow when Hélio Neto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-3. Caetano Arantes's late challenge caught a YEAH RIGHT FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Alan Vergílio managed to get in a good position for a shot. YEAH RIGHT FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Vergílio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdo Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute, Danilo dos Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chants of Jacare echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as YEAH RIGHT FC had held the ball for most of the match.
