The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nestor Orol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the game, Gernando Veiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nestor Orol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th minute, Ian Mendes made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Orol. YEAH RIGHT FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Ademar Galvão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otávio Amorim in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in YEAH RIGHT FC's zone, Walmir Goiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Orol came out of the goal and Walmir Goiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Otávio Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Galvão having to interfere. Nestor Orol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmir Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Otávio Amorim fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 29th minute, YEAH RIGHT FC's Otávio Amorim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 36 minutes into the match, YEAH RIGHT FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Mendes came free, but Nestor Orol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Freire charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed César Freire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Calango Virgulino got a freekick which was hit by César Freire. The YEAH RIGHT FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Calango Virgulino were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ian Mendes to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Calango Virgulino's zone, Otávio Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ademar Galvão came out of the goal and Otávio Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Mendes in the 60th minute of play forced YEAH RIGHT FC's goalkeeper Nestor Orol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ademar Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otávio Amorim in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to YEAH RIGHT FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Zé Augusto Linares hit a great ball. A hard shot by Edson Gaspar from long distance, 66 minutes into the match, got Nestor Orol's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Nestor Orol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walmir Goiano in the 67th minute. Nestor Orol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ian Mendes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 72 minute of play. YEAH RIGHT FC's Nestor Orol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save YEAH RIGHT FC from getting a goal against them. YEAH RIGHT FC's Nestor Orol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Mendes in the 76th minute of play. When Gilson Loureiro fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored YEAH RIGHT FC's protests and gave Gilson Loureiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th match minute, YEAH RIGHT FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilson Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. Ian Mendes charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Nestor Orol was a little too slow when Ian Mendes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 1-5. Although YEAH RIGHT FC had been in control for most of the match, Calango Virgulino still came away with the win.
