A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, one of PADFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 21st minute Đào Nghiêm-Minh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vũ Ho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes, Trần Hieu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ANH DUNG DZAI and the PADFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, ANH DUNG DZAI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trần Hieu to maneuver through the defense. If Triệu Hung had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Lê Hanh came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the PADFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lê Hanh couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the game, ANH DUNG DZAI's Lê Chi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vũ Ho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Vũ Ho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Đào Nghiêm-Minh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Lê Chi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ANH DUNG DZAI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lê Chi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Triệu Hung in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bùi Minh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute, Dương Hoai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Lê Chi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vũ Ho. PADFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lê Chi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Đào Nghiêm-Minh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lê Chi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Đào Nghiêm-Minhs short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Vũ Ho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. PADFC's Vũ Ho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save PADFC from getting a goal against them. Đào Nghiêm-Minh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vũ Ho having to interfere. PADFC's Vũ Ho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lê Chi in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, PADFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Thanh Bình to maneuver through the defense. Đào Nghiêm-Minh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vũ Ho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Đào Nghiêm-Minh in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
