Spectators: 7680 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nguyễn Hieu Ngan made the kick off which started today's match. PADFC's Nghiêm Diem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phạm Pham in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Cam Pha Port getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Mai Tuan Hoang hit a great ball. After 18 minutes, Phạm Tu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cam Pha Port and the PADFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes Cam Pha Port got a freekick which was hit by Phạm Tu. Nghiêm Diem came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Cam Pha Port's Phan Hoang. But to his dismay, Phan Hoang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 24th minute of the match, Nguyễn Thi Ngoc tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nguyễn Hanh saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Phạm Tu hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Phạm Pham might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nghiêm Diem. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Phạm Pham ran back to his position shaking his head. Triệu Hung could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Nguyễn Hanh made a huge save. Phạm Pham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nghiêm Diem having to make a save. If Phạm Pham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nguyễn Hanh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Triệu Hung in the 44th minute. Nguyễn Hieu Ngan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nghiêm Diem having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 57 minutes of play, PADFC's Nguyễn Thi Ngoc made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nguyễn Hanh was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nguyễn Hanh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phạm Nhật Minh, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Nguyễn Hanh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lê Tu in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Trần Xuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nguyễn Hieu Ngan in the 67th minute of play forced PADFC's goalkeeper Nghiêm Diem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cam Pha Port's Phan Hoang got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nghiêm Diem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nguyễn Hieu Ngan's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Nguyễn Hieu Ngan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nghiêm Diem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. With a little luck, PADFC's Nghiêm Diem got control of the ball when Phan Hoang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Đoàn Diem's late challenge caught a Cam Pha Port's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Đoàn Diem helped the player get up and apologised. After 97 minutes of play, PADFC's Phạm Nhật Minh made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nguyễn Hanh was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cam Pha Port's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
