With a budget of 50,000GBP a week and a new goal for my newly named team, here's how I'll be spending 44,000GBP each week to develop my Youths-to-be.

Looking good there sir, can't wait to see some results. :-) Show us how your youths look like when you start this project (when you get them).

You would be better off getting rid of most of your more expensive coaches and getting cheaper ones who are just good enough for where your team is at the moment.
If you're going to build around youth then you don't need a coach (other than keeping) on more than £2k a week (I think I have coaches on youths who have 9 keeping, 7 power, and nobody else has more than a high of 6). There are enough skills that are important for each position that make it worth rounding training (and you can use TC if you want to go beyond your coach's ability).

Most my coaches have come from my former players. 5 power tokens gives you good coaches at a cheaper rate!

Not sure you really need a coach for passing. I only train passing when everything else is maxed. (Maybe that is where I'm going wrong!) :-)

I currently only have one retired player haha, let's just say, he's not very good at that certainly not worth 5 PTs.

That's true and I definately will be using the TC, I guess I was a bit extravagant. As for the expenses I've got 3.9 million GBP to mess around with and even with these coaches I'm breaking even (with a little profit) each week.
