I think NCAs are a waste of time anyways. I scouted and spreadsheet every U21 from Scotland and the best players were still not picked. Same with main team, I recommended a player of mine who is far better than one of our defenders. Still never got a response from the NC. Next campaign I will take seriously. We should hbe able to pit a half decent competitive team out. Not that drivel that was spanked 7-0 by EnglandI think NCAs are a waste of time anyways. Great tool, hope I had this available some seasons ago. Yes it does, NCA´s used to be very useful in the past for the scouting process, now it makes it a obsolete role. Great to see we still have some competition for the NC position in Scotland. Brian maybe we see the game in different ways, 90% of the players from your spread sheet suck that's why the don't stand a chance for U21 team, sorry! and the 10% left I already pick myself. BTW I made it to the next World Cup, hope to see you as NC some day to see your achievements [:)]Great tool, hope I had this available some seasons ago.

Tbh buddy thereby only 2 active nations in our group and we are one of them England are the other. 2 spots qualify for the World Cup so had you failed you should have many quit MZ in disgrace lol.
