Last season U23 champ i had beaten in group stages but due to inactivity lost in last 16 my chance to win my first cup. Similar thing happened a season before that. Forgot to set tactics after sending player to TC. Now bad news for all smaller nations.National ranking 30 columbia is now included in our group. Its now between whole youths based squad VS combination of youths+TM. Waittt....what did i just see ???? I won 6-0...Wow too harsg for CFC a red in 3rd min then for CFC then an own goal in 9th min to give me the lead then there was no looking back...

Grt columbia in our NT group wasnt frustrating enough that i had to see this days results.Funny thing is i had got a red as well in a friendly game against Sporting but still went on to win 6-0 there. Just wondering how then it become 6-0 the other way. I think i have an ans...that game u were winning 5-0 then the red card and u won 6-0... today u got a red card...then i won 6-0 but stilll the result was a bit unfair considering my form...

^^^ u were an NCA for the current term like me under pmoaib from the beginning. whats new over that. btw.. have to admit..working as NCA under pmoaib *SUCKS!* never ever did he gave a reply over my questions or suggestions or anything that i put up to him. (only when i sarcastically praised him of his tactics over a friendly win, did he rely back. WTF!) Did feel that during the competition n maybe thats making him least interested. Now that ur guys are S n CM y not u guys stand next time. Though we lose but its a gd place to try new formations n tactics. When i was NC with my bro as NCA in hockey we used to go crazy n took the team till the knockout stages there with just 2 active teams his n mine.

You know thats against the rules right. You could be suspended for this. [:P] But it didn't go through so you're safe. Yeah i agree i think pmoiab has given up. He took too many responsibilities - NC and HRA. Now he's doing neither. When you take on too much it wears you down slowly and it starts to feel like a chore. Its happened to me before as well and its hard to enjoy the game.

Looks like someone wants to get fired from their NCA position. This is quite true and I decided to step down as HRA, unfortunately nobody else wants the job. But don't worry I haven't given up, the Zone will be releasing in the next couple of days and I am scouting for the NT players.

Also, while scouting I realized many people have 5 and 6 speed players. The lowest speed in my team is 7 and even that guy is a temporary. i also prefer 7 and above speed ..though i have 1 5 baller and 1 6 baller...rest are above 7....Good chance to look at others players...

lol! never knew that but shouldn't it be under NCA/NC 's hands on whom they want to make a National player? i mean it should be a privilege given to them for working extra for the National team. No way! i'm also trying to get to the same but unfortunately most of my youths refuses to train high in speed and get maxed early :|. I think devils united is a team that gives the kind of preference you talked about 4,5 speed? he doesn't care as long as the player has 9 sh and 8 ball control! xD

Indeed, it is in their hands. But they cannot abuse the power for their own personal benefits. Its not an issue in our country but in bigger countries with fierce competition other managers complain when they find suspicious behavior from the NT staff and actions will be taken. It is often hard to prove such an accusation but if an NC/NCA selects his player for NT and puts him on the market soon after this is clear cheating.

Got to say i have been very lucky.So many cups n FLs in such a short span of time. Thx. Life is pretty hectic....12th class is hell lotta demanding...Exams Exams nd Exams... Why is Zone still not published ????? it has really pissed me off...Just to save the Zone wrote my articles late in the night and smhow managed to do them inspite of my exams and its been 1 week since and no clue of the Zone [:O]... I thnk the prob is gerrad hsnt submitted the articles So lets spam his GB and wake him up....
