Guys a little help. There are some good helpful advice (stadium, training etc) posted by phonenix and other users in the first topic. there is a trick here.if u dont get it after some try's ask me.

dont waste ur money on players now invest in ur stadium.till u reach div 2.

to select ur first 11 n basic foramtion that suits ur team.

Transfer tips i got from chelseax1 The best time to buy a players is betwn mid season n last league match. And the best time to sell is betwn season break n mid season as ppl try to improve their teams during this period by buying n also get cash frm bonus. To know what u sld pay for a players in TM 1 First decide what ur looking for. For eg. if u want to buy a striker whats the min. stats he needs to have. Set those stats in the filter on the right side(in min section) along with the age criteria say 19-24. 2 Then have a look at what prices players are being bought for 1-3 days. this will help u know avg value of a players for a particular skill he has. players with more speed will sell for more how much more are ppl willing to u will also get an idea abt it through this method. 3 Shortlist n budget. 4 BASIC GUIDE ->always get youths at the start of the season.First week of the season betwn wed-sat. ->u can send 12 youths to TC each season without their training overlapping in to others seasons. ->YTC helps u know ur players potential. disadvantage of YTC is every time u send them there is a possibility ur players may train in different skill. e.g if it shows striker in first YTC there is a possibility he may train in GK next time u send him.can happen 1s in 16-20 youths. ->send all ur youths to TC each season.never miss it and always for 5 weeks. generally train them till they are 21 if they dont max early in speed,stamina n BC. -> use cheap coaches for ur youths n gd ones for ur seniors. training inefficiency(descending order) 1 coach has more balls than player in the field he is training him. 2 coach has equal or less balls 3 no coach dont over spend on ur coaches. u dont necessarily need 5 star coaches. each coach can only influence 5 players.if u place more, any 5 will be randomly selected each day. ur players get a small training boost when u train them in a new skill.recommended only after each ball he gains. ur players also gets a small boost in the skill he is training for matches. ->NO. of youths popular methods ->3-4 each season -> get all 12-16 together in one season. ->Training days players train each days except on sun n wed except those in TC.they also train alternate wed. ->if u dont login after 2 weeks ur players stop training ->Transfers n Staff Transfers to look for Indian players in the market select domestic n set deadline to blank ->u can only have 3 foreigners in ur team. ->Staff always check each day ur staffs contract period.automatic renewal is only for CM. use the filter option to modify for a better search. try to look for specialist they r best bargain.they have more balls in 1 or 2 skills n all other stats are poor. ->Form(keep it at 9) n Suspensions go to squad page(clubhouse) n look at the bottom left to check form. Play 4 friendlies each week along with 2 league games to keep form high. it helps ur players to perform to their full potential. Form(squad page sign bottom left) 1 Satisfied (smile face) if ur players says that then play him not more than 4 games in a week.including ur leagues games. 2 tired(zzz sign) dont play him if possible need to play(dumbbells) play him in as many games as possible.usually when they reach 7 form they say they r satisfied.Check form each Tuesday. Cups n FLS(friendly leagues)only have positive effect on ur players. ->Suspensions u can have a look in ur squad page for injuries n suspension. ->Free PT u can get free Pt buy watching video(best method).there r also some other offers available. ->Experience gives ur players boost.more experienced players perform better than younger players with same skills. u get exp mostly frm league games followed by cups n FL then friendlies.u can only get 1 exp each season.4 BASIC GUIDE

to look for Indian players in the market select domestic n set deadline to blank

->u can only have 3 foreigners in ur team.

->Staff
always check each day ur staffs contract period.automatic renewal is only for CM.
use the filter option to modify for a better search.
try to look for specialist they r best bargain.they have more balls in 1 or 2 skills n all other stats are poor.

->Form(keep it at 9) n Suspensions
go to squad page(clubhouse) n look at the bottom left to check form. Play 4 friendlies each week along with 2 league games to keep form high.
it helps ur players to perform to their full potential.

Form(squad page sign bottom left)
1 Satisfied (smile face)
if ur players says that then play him not more than 4 games in a week.including ur leagues games.

2 tired(zzz sign)
dont play him if possible

need to play(dumbbells)
play him in as many games as possible.usually when they reach 7 form they say they r satisfied.Check form each Tuesday.

Cups n FLS(friendly leagues)only have positive effect on ur players.

->Suspensions
u can have a look in ur squad page for injuries n suspension.


->Free PT
u can get free Pt buy watching video(best method).there r also some other offers available.

->Experience
gives ur players boost.more experienced players perform better than younger players with same skills.
u get exp mostly frm league games followed by cups n FL then friendlies.u can only get 1 exp each season.

I also think that..but basically ours is a community...and for the federation thing all the members who wana join will have to shell out 3-5 PT's for joining..

So wat u think sld i go up the ranking where chances of participation increases or stick to 50-100 rank n change the structure of FL/CUP.
