psm you were unlucky I was busy otherwise you would have got upto 50million for your player. I was really surprised you decided to sell him because he could have easily been an amazing midfielder or defender because of his primaries. You might have got 37 million for him but money isn't going to win you any trophies and in a country as small as ours it is important to hold onto players with the slightest amount of potential. Anyways, for anyone interested I have put the 9 ball keeper on the TM.psm you were unlucky I was busy otherwise you would have got upto 50million for your player. I disagree..As pmoiab told the money is worthless for our Indians what would u get by saving money and selling good potential players that to with 9 speed....and its very hard to train players with goos speed

I'm really feeling bad!! Bad news comes from TC... my one of best youth defender maxed in speed at only 6 skill ball. I just try to build my 1st strong badge, it was really bad news for that. Now I'm totally hopeless guys.!! Why always unlucky I am ? Guys one question:- I have 11 youth at the moment and I think some youth of them will be graduate during this season. So how many youth require to take? What's the good idea for me? And if I don't take more youths at the moment what happen after....when some youth change to senior?I'm really feeling bad!!

and its not that I don't need cash....I have 100 million after that sale 1 foreign player is very young (20 this season)....in the training process and one could be better (STRIKER)and its not that I don't need cash....I have 100 million after that sale

Sovan buddy from my first batch of 12 only 2 are still in my first Team. So dont worry keep training n buy smart. There are some unmaxed 18yr olds in market take a gamble. good idea? depends - manager to manager youths graduate at the start of season, not during it. you have 11 youths, 8 of whom will become seniors next season and you will be left with 3 youths. Try getting 1/3 youths: every season if you plan on keeping 12 youths policy then 4 youths birth season 28 4 youths birth season 29 4 youths birth season 30 this way the youth academy remains balanced

good idea? depends - manager to manager

youths graduate at the start of season, not during it.
you have 11 youths, 8 of whom will become seniors next season and you will be left with 3 youths.

Try getting 1/3 youths: every season
if you plan on keeping 12 youths policy then
4 youths birth season 28
4 youths birth season 29
4 youths birth season 30

this way the youth academy remains balanced

once the youth is 18 yrs old. he becomes senior the next season. every youth takes 3 season to graduate as he arrives at the age of 15. looking at your staff I think you are wasting money on their salaries. You don't have players that good. Try 12.....TC wont be a problem as you send a player to TC for 5 weeks (always send players for 5 weeks) and a season has 13 weeks. BUT BUT BUT first of all UPGRADE your STADIUM (VERY IMPORTANT SOURCE OF INCOME) look at my stadium or that of other teams in I-Leagueonce the youth is 18 yrs old. he becomes senior the next season.
every youth takes 3 season to graduate as he arrives at the age of 15.

looking at your staff I think you are wasting money on their salaries. You don't have players that good.
Try 12.....TC wont be a problem as you send a player to TC for 5 weeks (always send players for 5 weeks) and a season has 13 weeks.

BUT BUT BUT
first of all UPGRADE your STADIUM (VERY IMPORTANT SOURCE OF INCOME)

You dont find good youths like...bam and just like that! team building is a continuous process but one thing is for sure your youths will always turn out better than seniors from your original squad (if you still have them that is)! My first two youth classes were utterly disappointing only 2 of 9 youths made it beyond 6 speed >< ! i don't have any of them now in the team but i did use 3 6 speed defenders and a 5 speed striker once lol!

Hello Indian people! I'm sorry for intruding as I'm not a member of the community, but I was curious to ask you: why do you speak in English between each other? I heard that every region in India have its own language, but don't you have a standard Hindi so that all of you can communicate? Or is it that you are speaking English just because this is English forum and they were strict to you about this subject? Thanks for the answer.Hello Indian people! Hi its both because of the forum and also in india children of every region are taught their regional language and english both, so english comes out to be the common language that each of us know

We also speak in Hindi sometimes, English is like our second language. Its mostly because of the education system. Most schools and universities use English as the learning medium so pretty much every kid who has had some form of education speaks english. This is not the case in some other countries like China, Japan, Brazil etc where you can become an engineer or a doctor without speaking a word of english because they use their own language. This is extremely rare in India since there are few Hindi medium universities and english medium institutions tend to be better anyway. You can actually get by in India without speaking any Hindi, in a way i think its sad we place more importance on english than our own language.

lol! wait for it! do you recall that slice/maaza aamasutra ad? :D btw you shouldn't say like that i mean he's just interested in knowing our culture but yeah taang to kheech rha tha unknowingly perhaps! just went through pho_oenix's (that's very difficult to pronounce give us some nick that's like..easier xD) profile...and boy i dont remember anything more awckward then that tbh! i mean "Prince of Persia pic" for "hyderabad sultans"? isme bhi milawat, seriously? last me corner juke one was very nice...never seen that one before. but mehnat bahut kari hai maanana padega. woh naachte daddu bhi tashan lag rha hai xD

DEVILS UNITED using wings tactics. He started that type of tactics first time against me in the ISL. After that match he still using wings tactics. I think he little bit successful with that tactics. Also pho_oenix used it one or two time. Good going..... Viabhav...... with old English tactics.!!

i just logged in to bid on that player only to see i am late. How the hell do u guys have so much money to spend on that player. Feels like i am the poor one here.

Question time !!!! we know that when a guy gains a ball, he should preferably be moved to a new skill because he gets a bit of boost.........do we know how long(days) does that boost last?Question time !!!!

Got myself a new striker dont know if i sld play him for this match. Not sure but it seems new guys take abt a season to get into the groove after a move. Wat u guys think i sld do?

wow! how do you guys manage to get so good keepers! I've had prolly the hardest time with keepers! Well from my starting squad i put 3 people in keeping and none of them got beyond 6 keeping! additionally i also had 2 youths in keeping and both got maxed @ 5! i lost hope and never trained keeper again! however last season I was really annoyed with my 1 foreign slot been taken by a keeper; somehow i gathered some strength and trained 4 of my youths in keeping. I had so much good news in last 2-4 weeks about them you know! one got maxed at 5 kp, another 2 of them at 4; one is still training but he's damn slow and has only 3 keeping! still i'm hoping for another good news from him when he gains his 4th ball! so that my legacy for training shittiest keepers stays alive...always! I swear today, in all the light there is that i'll NEVER EVER TRAIN a KEEPER again! [;(]

So far i have trained/training 7 players Trained 10 ballers-2, current n 1 sold early. 9 ballers-2, current n one of my starting players(seniors) reach 9 balls from 5 :) 8 ball-1 7 ball-2, current n 1 sold. i use YTC to know my players skill.
