Spectators: 10300 (Terracing: 7725, Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) 3 minutes into the match, U21 Israel's goal looked a bit too open when Honesto Tovar came free, but Eliashiv Harlev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th minute, Salamon Hostos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pablo Zeballos came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the U21 Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Zeballos couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quico Ester got free with Eliashiv Harlev in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eliashiv Harlev made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Pablo Zeballos sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, Pablo Zeballos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliashiv Harlev. U21 Israel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Zeballos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ekialde Frances showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dekel Raichman in the 23rd minute of the match. U21 Paraguay's Ekialde Frances played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yehoshua Shemesh in the 25th minute of play. Eliashiv Harlev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Zeballos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ekialde Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakim Gottesman, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honesto Tovar in the 41st minute of play forced U21 Israel's goalkeeper Eliashiv Harlev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45thth minute of the game Honesto Tovar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Israel's Eliashiv Harlev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Jakim Gottesman made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, U21 Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Virues to maneuver through the defense. After 54 minutes of play, U21 Paraguay's Pablo Zeballos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliashiv Harlev was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 59 played minutes U21 Israel got a freekick which was hit by Hedi Trabelsi. U21 Paraguay's Nardo Victorica was substituted for Rico Galdeano. A collision led to U21 Israel getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Hedi Trabelsi hit a great ball. Quico Ester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliashiv Harlev having to interfere. In the 69th minute Milio Orantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliashiv Harlev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milio Orantes took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliashiv Harlev. Eliashiv Harlev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind U21 Israel's goalkeeper Eliashiv Harlev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo Zeballos in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliashiv Harlev saved U21 Israel from getting behind. In the 77th match minute, U21 Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Zeballos to maneuver through the defense. Jakim Gottesman struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ekialde Frances didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Israel. Jakim Gottesman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the U21 Israel defense, Milio Orantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliashiv Harlev. The U21 Israel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliashiv Harlev should have stopped the shot.
