After some careless play in the ★ IL TORO ★ defense, Birjaio Herdozain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Orixe. The ★ IL TORO ★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Orixe should have stopped the shot. Constantino Chumacero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Enzo Orixe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Enzo Orixe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Birjaio Herdozain showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. Enzo Orixe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birjaio Herdozain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Mikeldi Barzana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When U21 Paraguay's Birjaio Herdozain in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The corner led U21 Paraguay's Mikeldi Barzana to fire away a dangerous shot which Enzo Orixe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
U21 Paraguay made a substitution. Rubio Guardia replaced Alan Cano. Enzo Orixe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birjaio Herdozain in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Birjaio Herdozain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Orixe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59thth minute of the game Birjaio Herdozain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ★ IL TORO ★'s Enzo Orixe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enzo Orixe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Zárate's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. The supporters of U21 Paraguay booed when ★ IL TORO ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Vermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xayveon Orsini made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rubio Guardia however managed to control. Enzo Orixe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birjaio Herdozain, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. U21 Paraguay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
