Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) U21 Ukraine's Gavrylo Nedilko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Gavrylo Nedilko made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. U21 Philippines's Roy Nangpi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 12 minutes, Gavrylo Nedilko made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eddie Binsol to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petro Dmytruk in the 76th minute of play forced U21 Philippines's goalkeeper Roy Nangpi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eddie Binsol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. U21 Philippines's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Petro Dmytruk scored to the left of an out of position Roy Nangpi, making the score, 0-5. In the 81st match minute, U21 Ukraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petro Dmytruk to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute Ivan Lyakh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Nangpi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Lyakh in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roy Nangpi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 84 minutes, Ivan Lyakh made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. U21 Philippines's Roy Nangpi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 86 minutes, Rudolph Amurao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 Philippines and the U21 Ukraine players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rudolph Amurao hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Symon Taran sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and U21 Philippines's Roy Nangpi didn't even have to move. Roy Nangpi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Symon Taran in the 94th minute. Symon Taran struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Roy Nangpi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Ukraine. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. U21 Ukraine walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
