Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Antoine Kiehl started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Niko Kobelt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ratzik Vaknin was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Gustav Hamann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avinoam Moskovich in the 11th minute of the match. Germany's Gustav Hamann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avinoam Moskovich in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Tsur Pearlstein threw the ball into play from the sideline. Germany's Gerald Lehmann quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Tsur Pearlstein in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Frithjof Bremser. When Tsur Pearlstein fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Israel's protests and gave Tsur Pearlstein a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Israel getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tsur Pearlstein hit a great ball. Gustav Hamann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shabtay Miman in the 30th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Tsur Pearlstein in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Fidelio Gotthelf. John Ben Hanoch struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Gustav Hamann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Israel. Ratzik Vaknin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niko Kobelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Shabtay Miman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustav Hamann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. If John Ben Hanoch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niko Kobelt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute Avinoam Moskovich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Hamann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Israel booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frithjof Bremser didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany made a substitution. Julius Niehammer replaced Gerald Lehmann. In the 72nd minute, Frithjof Bremser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Shabtay Miman came free, but Gustav Hamann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Hamann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avinoam Moskovich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes of play, Germany's Antoine Kiehl made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ratzik Vaknin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Israel defense, Antoine Kiehl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ratzik Vaknin. The Israel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ratzik Vaknin should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niko Kobelt in the 84th minute of play forced Israel's goalkeeper Ratzik Vaknin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoine Kiehl struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Ratzik Vaknin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. In the 88th minute, Germany's Niko Kobelt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ratzik Vaknin. Ratzik Vaknin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 92nd minute Shabtay Miman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Hamann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoine Kiehl received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ratzik Vaknin came out and tried to block the shot, but Antoine Kiehl slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 93rd minute.
