Prosper Pike's late challenge caught a Ulan Bator Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prosper Pike helped the player get up and apologised. Prosper Pike hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. DIF LEEDS BK's Vidar Walroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Vereeken in the 43rd minute of play. Inge Rosen kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils-Erik Blomqvist was the one to do the kick off. Arthur-Maurits Verlinden held his arms out in dispair when he, after a nice solo performance in the 52nd minute, finished the attack by shooting the ball on the wrong side of the right post. Gregory Verbeeck lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 68th minute, Xu Xing Nan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josef Vereeken received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vidar Walroth came out and tried to block the shot, but Josef Vereeken slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 70th minute. When Josef Vereeken came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Ulan Bator Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josef Vereeken couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ulan Bator Football Club getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Arthur-Maurits Verlinden hit a great ball. Vidar Walroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Xing Nan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Josef Vereeken could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Vidar Walroth however easily saved by the left post. Prosper Pike fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Etienne van Hacht having to interfere. Etienne van Hacht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Erik Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The DIF LEEDS BK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ulan Bator Football Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
