In the 14th minute, Ediberto Pinho made a precise shot to the right of Osvaldo Lohitzun. ★ IL TORO ★'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Naohiro Takahara scored to the left of an out of position Teofilo Faro, making the score, 1-1. Christian Abaunza hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Paulino Tartalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goalkeeper Teofilo Faro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naohiro Takahara. ★ IL TORO ★'s Osvaldo Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Nalo in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Asesinos Por Naturaleza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marin Melinte to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Naohiro Takahara made a precise shot to the right of Teofilo Faro. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 38th minute Naohiro Takahara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Dante Rivero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ★ IL TORO ★ the free kick. The supporters of ★ IL TORO ★ booed when Asesinos Por Naturaleza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Rivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naohiro Takahara in the 41st minute of the match. Teofilo Faro was a little too slow when Naohiro Takahara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 3-1. In the 45th minute, Naohiro Takahara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Guillermo Nalo made the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Lohitzun made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Guillermo Nalo sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Naohiro Takahara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teofilo Faro was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Teofilo Faro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naohiro Takahara, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Teofilo Faro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naohiro Takahara, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Osvaldo Lohitzun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Hibai in the 71st minute of the match. Leo Tancredo charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Tancredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes ★ IL TORO ★ got a freekick which was hit by Leo Tancredo. Naohiro Takahara struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Teofilo Faro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ★ IL TORO ★. Many of Asesinos Por Naturaleza's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Asesinos Por Naturaleza may have spent more time on the ball, but ★ IL TORO ★ were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
