Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aquiles Indar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Esteve Fix fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarmiento de Resistencia's protests and gave Esteve Fix a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 minutes of play, Pretorianos FC's Natalio Fidele made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siro Elazar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. After 16 played minutes Pretorianos FC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Felipo. Siro Elazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Sayvion in the 19th minute of the match. Jorge Estevez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Indar, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aquiles Indar got free with Jorge Estevez in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 27 minutes of play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Aquiles Indar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Estevez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Guerau hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Pretorianos FC's Natalio Fidele got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when Primitivo Artaldo put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Pretorianos FC's Primitivo Artaldo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Jorge Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Fix in the 35th minute of play. Jorge Estevez came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sarmiento de Resistencia's Froilan Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Froilan Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 46 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Indartsu came free, but Jorge Estevez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Argi made a kick off. Jorge Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Sarmiento in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Evaristo Restu got a free kick in the 57th minute. When Natalio Fidele came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Pretorianos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Fidele couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute, Froilan Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sarmiento de Resistencia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Jorge Estevez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Sarmiento in the 68th minute of the match. Benito Indartsu's late challenge caught a Pretorianos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benito Indartsu helped the player get up and apologised. Jorge Furman hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Esteve Fix took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Estevez. Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pretorianos FC's Jorge Estevez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Sarmiento in the 71st minute of play. Jorge Estevez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Indar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pretorianos FC's Lázaro Sayvion suffered a concussion in the 85th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. In the 87th match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Restu to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 92 minutes, Eulalio Abalos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarmiento de Resistencia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Abalos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pretorianos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
