Qin Ting Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Cornelius in the 7th minute of the match. In the 15thth minute of the game Serginho Chulapa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stockholm IF's Qin Ting Peng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zackary Sampson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristoffer Bjurström in the 18th minute of play. In the 20thth minute of the game McDonald Fries who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Evangel FC's Zackary Sampson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Stockholm IF got a corner. Evangel FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hermengildo Dalmau ran over to the corner to take the kick. Evangel FC's Zackary Sampson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Ståhlberg in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Stockholm IF's Verner Ståhlberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zackary Sampson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Serginho Chulapa might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Qin Ting Peng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serginho Chulapa ran back to his position shaking his head. Qin Ting Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Chulapa in the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Stockholm IF's Qin Ting Peng got control of the ball when Serginho Chulapa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evangel FC's Zackary Sampson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristoffer Bjurström in the 40th minute of play. After 41 minutes Evangel FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hermengildo Dalmau who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Evangel FC's goalie and right to Verner Ståhlberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Evangel FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Evangel FC's Serginho Chulapa got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Royce Kay came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Evangel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Royce Kay couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stockholm IF's goalkeeper Qin Ting Peng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Evangel FC's goalkeeper Zackary Sampson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristoffer Bjurström. Zackary Sampson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristoffer Bjurström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stockholm IF were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Evangel FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hermengildo Dalmau took the corner. Evangel FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hermengildo Dalmau ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Stockholm IF's corner Hermengildo Dalmau fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zackary Sampson quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Bryon Betts's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Qin Ting Peng was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Royce Kay kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Royce Kay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Evangel FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Stockholm IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Stockholm IF.
