With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alin Chiru in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danny Jumel saved Gloucester City AFC from getting behind. After having played for 46 minutes, Nicu Vornicu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Acatar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicu Vornicu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Alin Chiru made the kick off in the second half. Danny Jumel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alin Chiru's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 57th minute, Alin Chiru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ekhemos Kezdoglou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kristopher Le Saux in the 60th minute.
