Benedicto Endura started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Daniel Bazán notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Monte Hermoso Beach's Eloy Raymundo. Eloy Raymundo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Bazán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th match minute, Monte Hermoso Beach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Ramond to maneuver through the defense. Ubaldo Teofilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Cebrian in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA booed when Monte Hermoso Beach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Ramond didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Daniel Bazán cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eloy Raymundo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eloy Raymundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Bazán in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Bazán in the 36th minute of play forced Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Eloy Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monte Hermoso Beach's Eloy Raymundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Bazán in the 39th minute of play. In the 40thth minute of the game Ulises Evangelista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monte Hermoso Beach's Eloy Raymundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eloy Raymundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Bazán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 played minutes Monte Hermoso Beach got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Frantzes. After recieving a nice pass, C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's Felix Kroos tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Gogo Frantzes fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monte Hermoso Beach's protests and gave Gogo Frantzes a yellow card for diving instead. Gogo Frantzes hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute Daniel Bazán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Raymundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA booed when Monte Hermoso Beach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eloy Raymundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Oriche in the 58th minute of the match. Eloy Raymundo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Bazán showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. Lázaro Osasun kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Eloy Raymundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Bazán in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Monte Hermoso Beach getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Lázaro Osasun hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Benedicto Endura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 minutes Monte Hermoso Beach's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felix Kroos who took care of the corner kick. Felix Kroos made a great header on C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's corner, it was just that Monte Hermoso Beach's Eloy Raymundo managed to reach the ball for a save. Eloy Raymundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Bazán went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Eloy Raymundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Bazán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA played a much better game than Monte Hermoso Beach and deserved their victory. The Monte Hermoso Beach players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
