Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chap Taladriz started the match with the kick off. Gaudencio Beltranilla charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaudencio Beltranilla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With an all-out effort, Potreritos's Roque Olazagoitia threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chap Taladriz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 11 minutes of play, Potreritos's Savion Orbea made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roque Olazagoitia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the match, Chap Taladriz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roque Olazagoitia, 2-0. Savion Orbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Savion Orbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chap Taladriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Roque Olazagoitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute of the match, Savion Orbea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roque Olazagoitia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 56th minute Chap Taladriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Olazagoitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Matamoros's Mancio Rodriguez got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Chap Taladriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Savion Orbea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roque Olazagoitia was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. After 67 minutes, Mancio Rodriguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matamoros and the Potreritos players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Matamoros getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Mancio Rodriguez hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes Potreritos got a freekick which was hit by Xose Beamud. In the 74th minute, Xose Beamud hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Perdiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Transito Roqueñi in the 75th minute of the match. If Transito Roqueñi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Potreritos's Gaudencio Beltranilla got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Gaudencio Beltranilla off the ground. In the 81st match minute, Potreritos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Beltranilla to maneuver through the defense. Transito Roqueñi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Perdiz having to interfere.
