Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Transito Roqueñi kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Federico Salaya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roque Olazagoitia was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 12th minute, Generosb Gasca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Federico Salaya put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Roque Olazagoitia. After a defensive mix-up in Matamoros's zone, Lluis Trielles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Olazagoitia came out of the goal and Lluis Trielles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Salaya in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roque Olazagoitia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 32 played minutes Orion F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Montae Ribalta. In the 37th minute Aritza Carriedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Olazagoitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Orion F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Orion F.C.'s Federico Salaya looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Salaya during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Federico Salaya hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th match minute, Matamoros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mambru Parserises to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Orion F.C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Federico Salaya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Roque Olazagoitia made a huge save. Federico Salaya did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Roque Olazagoitia 56 minutes into the match. Federico Salaya had several of the Matamoros's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Roque Olazagoitia as he didn't even see the shot coming. Federico Salaya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roque Olazagoitia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Ambrosio Lambarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orion F.C.'s Oro Taramona was substituted for Berdaitz Olvera. Federico Salaya in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roque Olazagoitia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Federico Salaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Mancio Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Aritza Carriedo put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Roque Olazagoitia. Roque Olazagoitia was a little too slow when Lluis Trielles got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-7. Federico Salaya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Perales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mancio Rodriguez went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. Luis Perales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Transito Roqueñi in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Orion F.C.'s Montae Ribalta got a free kick in the 88th minute. Luis Perales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Transito Roqueñi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Federico Salaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 94 minutes into the game, Federico Salaya cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-8. Roque Olazagoitia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
