Spectators: 9000 (Terracing: 6750, Seating: 2070, VIP seats: 180) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mitch Marleau started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Napoleon Zdrojewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crimson Knights's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Zdrojewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute of the match, Wei Guang Yun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jake Kitchen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Moose FC's Jake Kitchen got control of the ball when Wei Guang Yun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Crimson Knights's Edson Pele got a free kick in the 10th minute. Orval Salgado hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dwayne Casey in the 17th minute of play forced Crimson Knights's goalkeeper Terence Cowan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Moose FC booed when Crimson Knights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ben Diest didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Napoleon Zdrojewski in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jake Kitchen saved Moose FC from getting behind. Wei Guang Yun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Jake Kitchen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Crimson Knights's Orval Salgado got a free kick in the 28th minute. Wei Guang Yuns short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Jake Kitchen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jake Kitchen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wei Guang Yun in the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moose FC's goalkeeper Jake Kitchen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 43 minutes of play, Crimson Knights's Wei Guang Yun made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jake Kitchen was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Napoleon Zdrojewski was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Mitch Browne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wei Guang Yun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jake Kitchen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Napoleon Zdrojewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jake Kitchen having to interfere. In the 57th minute Isaias Weiss suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stephan Jacobs during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Crimson Knights got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Jacobs. Jake Kitchen came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Crimson Knights's Wei Guang Yun. But to his dismay, Wei Guang Yun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Wei Guang Yun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Wei Guang Yun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jake Kitchen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Zdrojewski in the 77th minute of play forced Moose FC's goalkeeper Jake Kitchen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jake Kitchen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Napoleon Zdrojewski went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Napoleon Zdrojewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jake Kitchen having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Wei Guang Yun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jake Kitchen. Moose FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wei Guang Yun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After 88 played minutes, Crimson Knights's Duane Rose shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jake Kitchen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crimson Knights reached it. The audience was convinced that Wei Guang Yun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jake Kitchen was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Crimson Knights's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
