Spectators: 8880 (Terracing: 6880, Seating: 1900, VIP seats: 100) Lawrence Hopson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lawrence Hopson took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chauncey Holland. Chauncey Holland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 6th minute, Derrick Osborne made a precise shot to the right of Chauncey Holland. Inter 1908 Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Chauncey Holland came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Marshrose's Lawrence Hopson. But to his dismay, Lawrence Hopson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 12th minute, Andreas Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Derrick Osborne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chauncey Holland. Inter 1908 Milan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Derrick Osborne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Chauncey Holland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lawrence Hopson in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Robin Welsh got a very nice opportunity to score, but Royce Rodriquez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Inter 1908 Milan's Neal Tuttle got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Lawrence Hopson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chauncey Holland skillfully saved the ball. Wilber Padgett charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilber Padgett the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Inter 1908 Milan booed when Marshrose was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilber Padgett didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Marshrose's goalkeeper Royce Rodriquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Inter 1908 Milan getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Carrol Sparks hit a great ball. Lawrence Hopson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lonnie Chassé struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Chauncey Holland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marshrose. 42 minutes into the match, Inter 1908 Milan's Norberto Beckman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Royce Rodriquez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lawrence Hopson took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chauncey Holland. Chauncey Holland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

In the 53rd match minute, Inter 1908 Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carrol Sparks to maneuver through the defense. Marshrose's Lonnie Chassé got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robin Welsh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Royce Rodriquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Royce Rodriquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Beckman in the 67th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Inter 1908 Milan got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Beckman. In the 72nd minute of the match Carrol Sparks sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Royce Rodriquez skillfully saved the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Welsh came free, but Royce Rodriquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marshrose's Royce Rodriquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Beckman in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Inter 1908 Milan's Norberto Beckman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Royce Rodriquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. In the 86th minute Robin Welsh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Royce Rodriquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jospeh Heller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Royce Rodriquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chauncey Holland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lawrence Hopson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 2-6 became the score in the 96th minute when Norberto Beckman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Marshrose players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
