When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Yuri Tinoco sped through Inter 1908 Milan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Chauncey Holland. With an all-out effort, Inter 1908 Milan's George Smitt threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Norberto Beckman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. George Smitt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Beckman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Yuri Tinoco made a precise shot to the right of Chauncey Holland. Inter 1908 Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 20th minute, Luís Paulo Sabóia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Tinoco in the 29th minute of play forced Inter 1908 Milan's goalkeeper Chauncey Holland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chauncey Holland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Sabóia in the 32nd minute of the match. If Luís Paulo Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chauncey Holland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuri Tinoco went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Luís Paulo Sabóia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Chauncey Holland. Inter 1908 Milan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Paulopolis's Luís Paulo Sabóia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chauncey Holland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victor Dunn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Smitt having to make a save. A collision led to Inter 1908 Milan getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jospeh Heller hit a great ball. Luís Paulo Sabóia struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Chauncey Holland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paulopolis.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Beckman was the one to do the kick off. Luís Paulo Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chauncey Holland having to interfere. Chauncey Holland was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yuri Tinoco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 62 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Luís Paulo Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paulopolis's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Paulo Sabóia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chauncey Holland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 minutes, Luís Paulo Sabóia made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Inter 1908 Milan's Chauncey Holland tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luís Paulo Sabóia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 75 played minutes Inter 1908 Milan got a freekick which was hit by Neal Tuttle. In the 76th minute, Yuri Tinoco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulopolis's Luís Paulo Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inter 1908 Milan's Chauncey Holland proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Inter 1908 Milan from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Paulopolis could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Inter 1908 Milan throughout the match.
