Spectators: 7025 (Terracing: 5515, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jefferson Nunes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Renan da Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aníbal Netto's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. If Betinho Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Kiko Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Montenegro scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeu Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute of the match, Ezequiel Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tadeu Andrade was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Renan da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jefferson Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Aníbal Netto came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the vicentina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aníbal Netto couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Osvaldo Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antônio Carlos Andrade's late challenge caught a Hellcife FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antônio Carlos Andrade helped the player get up and apologised. 36 minutes into the match, vicentina's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Cardoso came free, but Tadeu Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, vicentina's Tadeu Andrade got control of the ball when Ezequiel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to vicentina getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Antônio Carlos Andrade hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Ezequiel Montenegro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee gave Hellcife FC a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bruninho Vinhas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of vicentina's Tadeu Andrade. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Betinho Cardoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Christian Jacinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeu Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Renan da Silva didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 59th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. 63 minutes into the match, Hellcife FC's goalkeeper Renan da Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aníbal Netto. Jefferson Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Renan da Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hellcife FC! When Kiko Rodrigues fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored vicentina's protests and gave Kiko Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead. Tiago Damião kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Tadeu Andrade came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Hellcife FC's Ezequiel Montenegro. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 84th minute, but Renan da Silva got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Hellcife FC hanging dry this time. In the 86th minute, Jefferson Nunes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Renan da Silva. The goal made the score 3-3. Jefferson Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan da Silva having to interfere. If Jefferson Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute Betinho Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
