Geraldo Sergipano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Luisinho Simões was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. fuziu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real C.A.Pirassununguense the free kick. Luisinho Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Tomás Mesquita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Nando Tepedino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nando Tepedino came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Real C.A.Pirassununguense's Dalmo Montenegro. But to his dismay, Dalmo Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Geraldo Sergipano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Igor Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Frédson Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Sergipano in the 31st minute of the match. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real C.A.Pirassununguense's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristiano Capixaba was slow to take the kick. During this time fuziu's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Cristiano Capixaba almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Real C.A.Pirassununguense's Igor Almeida did a great save. In the 41st minute, Tomás Mesquita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real C.A.Pirassununguense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 44 minutes, Waldemar Lucas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real C.A.Pirassununguense and the fuziu players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Real C.A.Pirassununguense getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Waldemar Lucas hit a great ball. Igor Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Frédson Vargas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Tomás Mesquita struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Nando Tepedino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real C.A.Pirassununguense. The supporters of Real C.A.Pirassununguense booed when fuziu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renatinho Peixoto struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Igor Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fuziu. Geraldo Sergipano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Igor Almeida made a huge save. Geraldo Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, fuziu's Geraldo Sergipano fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Igor Almeida was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. Real C.A.Pirassununguense's Tomás Mesquita got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júnior Quintal during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. fuziu's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Real C.A.Pirassununguense had won, even though fuziu had held more of the ball.
