Marcel de Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jorge Bastos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Blaze of Glory F.C.'s Zé Augusto Moura dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, TemporariamenteAbandonado's goalkeeper Jorge Bastos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fábio Castro. Jorge Bastos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo Paulista in the 19th minute. Jorge Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel de Almeida in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, TemporariamenteAbandonado's Jorge Bastos got control of the ball when Fábio Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Marcel de Almeida recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Bastos. Marcel de Almeida showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. TemporariamenteAbandonado's Jorge Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Moura in the 31st minute of play. In the 36th minute, Marcel de Almeida reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jorge Bastos. The goal made the score 4-0. When Flavinho Fontes fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TemporariamenteAbandonado's protests and gave Flavinho Fontes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Zé Augusto Moura sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and TemporariamenteAbandonado's Jorge Bastos didn't even have to move. Jorge Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fábio Castro went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Dorian Lopes made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Castro in the 55th minute of the match. Jorge Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Castro in the 57th minute of play. After 62 played minutes TemporariamenteAbandonado got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Silva. Fábio Castro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Bastos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After 66 minutes of play, Blaze of Glory F.C.'s Marcel de Almeida made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Bastos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 69 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Paulista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Bastos. TemporariamenteAbandonado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Paulista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Jorge Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Raúl de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, TemporariamenteAbandonado's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel de Almeida came free, but Jorge Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Fábio Castro notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of TemporariamenteAbandonado's Jorge Bastos. Jorge Bastos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dorival Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Bastos having to interfere. After some careless play in the TemporariamenteAbandonado defense, Fábio Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Bastos. The TemporariamenteAbandonado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Bastos should have stopped the shot. Juvenal Pinheiro made in the 95th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fábio Castro immediately put the ball in play. In the 96th minute, Fábio Castro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blaze of Glory F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Blaze of Glory F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
