The crowd rose to their feet as Bonninal's Arif Gaffar Başkara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eduardo Penha. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. In the 44th minute, Adrianinho Neto made a precise shot to the right of Eduardo Penha. Olímpico Manaus F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedrinho Lima to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Bonninal booed when Olímpico Manaus F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position.
