The supporters of Bonninal booed when Era was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmo do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Era's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Gaffar Başkara came free, but Oséas Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bonninal's Donato Lara got a free kick in the 8th minute. The supporters of Era booed when Bonninal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorival Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Gaffar Başkara took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oséas Camargo. Oséas Camargo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 16 minutes, Mazinho de Alcântara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Era and the Bonninal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute Marquinhos Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oséas Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Gaffar Başkara in the 20th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Bonninal's Adrianinho Neto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oséas Camargo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Adrianinho Neto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Oséas Camargo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mazinho de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Chicão de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrianinho Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Gaffar Başkara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Era's zone, Arif Gaffar Başkara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oséas Camargo came out of the goal and Arif Gaffar Başkara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th match minute, Era was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediberto Linares to maneuver through the defense. Arif Gaffar Başkara struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Oséas Camargo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonninal. Leandro Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão de Senna having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Era's zone, Arif Gaffar Başkara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oséas Camargo came out of the goal and Arif Gaffar Başkara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Váldson Melo to make the kick off. Leandro Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Bonninal's Chicão de Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Bonninal from getting a goal against them. Adrianinho Neto succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Adrianinho Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Cao Ling Yi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonninal made a substitution. Narciso Loureiro replaced Eric Karlsson. Mazinho de Alcântara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Chicão de Senna made a huge save. In the 73rd minute Adrianinho Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Nazario in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oséas Camargo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chicão de Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mazinho de Alcântara in the 77th minute. Adrianinho Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséas Camargo having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Era got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Alagoano. Oséas Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cao Ling Yi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. With a little luck, Bonninal's Chicão de Senna got control of the ball when Mazinho de Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cao Ling Yi in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oséas Camargo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cao Ling Yi might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oséas Camargo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cao Ling Yi ran back to his position shaking his head. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bonninal had played much better football throughout.
