If Zeca Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arif Gaffar Başkara came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Bonninal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Gaffar Başkara couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd match minute, Bonninal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. Zeca Viana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Chicão de Senna made a huge save. The supporters of Aimorés booed when Bonninal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmo do Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bonninal getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Dalmo do Vale hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Dênis Tande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aimorés's supporters rose to their feet, but Dênis Tande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chicão de Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Bonninal's Adrianinho Neto fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Percival Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cao Ling Yi in the 66th minute of the match. Dorival Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Aimorés's goal looked a bit too open when Cao Ling Yi came free, but Percival Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Bonninal's Ronaldo Nazario dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Aimorés's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cao Ling Yi 81 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Adrianinho Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aimorés's goalkeeper Percival Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Aimorés getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Caetano Amaral hit a great ball. If Cao Ling Yi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. Bonninal's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
