Fidel Cai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomir Lato in the 9th minute of play. Diego Albertini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Ludomir Lato notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Rejunte F.C's Fidel Cai. Fidel Cai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gerardo Heriberto kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Generoso Senon charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Generoso Senon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Epifanio Santiago came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by El Rejunte F.C's Benjamin Derwin. But to his dismay, Benjamin Derwin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 40 played minutes, Catamarca FC's Oscar Ekain shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fidel Cai came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Catamarca FC reached it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Atilano Isauro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ludomir Lato was extremely unlucky when he, in the 51st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Gerardo Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludomir Lato in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fidel Cai saved El Rejunte F.C from getting behind. After a rather tough play, El Rejunte F.C's Serafino Gaueko got a free kick in the 60th minute. Diego Albertini struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Fidel Cai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catamarca FC. If Ludomir Lato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Cai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Albertini went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 1-3 became the score in the 76th minute when Diego Albertini elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, Diego Albertini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Fidel Cai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 85 minutes of play, Catamarca FC's Diego Albertini made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fidel Cai was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ludomir Lato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludomir Lato in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidel Cai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fidel Cai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomir Lato in the 96th minute of play. Catamarca FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
