Conesa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Rufo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th match minute, Conesa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Lauren to maneuver through the defense. Conesa's Fabián Passet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Conesa from getting a goal against them. Bree McCollion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Omar Eufrasio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Remigio Behe's late challenge caught a Tacuarendí AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigio Behe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st match minute, Conesa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Behe to maneuver through the defense. Elpidio Rufo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Teodor hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Remigio Behe came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Conesa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Behe couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Remigio Behe took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Omar Eufrasio to make any attempt to save it. In the 90th minute of the match, Elpidio Rufo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Omar Eufrasio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Elpidio Rufo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conesa's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Rufo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Eufrasio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Conesa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tacuarendí AFC.
