An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Orixe in the 4th minute of play forced Baradero Futbol Club's goalkeeper Aristides Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Orixe, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Fidel Ekain fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If David Eate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. David Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Alfredo Pacifico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Pacifico made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Eate in the 29th minute. David Eate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Pacifico having to interfere. Ovidio Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Aristides Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ceferino Beliran came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the FC Hollywood fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ceferino Beliran couldn't finish the play. Aristides Monico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimeno Orixe's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After the first half FC Hollywood were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fidel Ekain was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Baradero Futbol Club's Aristides Monico got control of the ball when Jimeno Orixe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aristides Monico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Orixe in the 64th minute. Teodoro Iliana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Aristides Monico made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Rodriguez during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfredo Rodriguez hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Baradero Futbol Club's Aristides Monico got control of the ball when Teodoro Iliana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredo Pacifico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Eate went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodosio Romero got free with Aristides Monico in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fidel Ekain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that David Eate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Pacifico was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Fidel Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Pacifico having to interfere. Erubiel Seme came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aristides Monico could save by the left post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Hollywood walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
